- Hospital at Home is launched as the first community trust-led virtual ward in the country, focusing on supporting early discharge from hospital by delivering hospital-quality care at home
- CLCH delivers the first drive through testing clinic to help control Covid-19 in the early stages of the pandemic and volunteers come together to arrange tens of thousands of PPE deliveries to protect staff during the Covid-19 pandemic
- CLCH implements the first Covid virtual hospital in the UK in collaboration with West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospital to provide holistic assessments to patients at home, using remote monitoring equipment.
- The Trust launches its Green Plan to minimise negative environmental impact and maximise opportunities to provide sustainable healthcare to our patients and communities
- Nineteen adult community services in Hertfordshire, including respiratory and sexual health, are brought together to create the Hertfordshire Division at CLCH
