Our board meets regularly in public and we publish all our board papers in advance of these meetings.
If you would like to attend a public meeting please let us know if you have any special requirements e.g. a hearing loop system or assistance dog.
We welcome relevant written questions on any agenda item. However, to be considered written questions must be submitted at least two clear working days in advance of the meeting and should include the agenda topic they relate to. Please send questions to firstname.lastname@example.org marked "Questions for the board of directors".
Where appropriate, the response to written questions are published with draft minutes for the following meeting. Responses to previous questions to the board.
