Local residents in North West London are being invited to the latest in a series of engagement events about community-based specialist palliative care services. The events aim to seek feedback from residents on how they should provide high quality care and a good patient, family and carer experience. Community-based specialist palliative care services are palliative and end of life care services that are provided in a community setting (i.e. patient’s home, hospice inpatient unit or day care services, care home, community hospital/centre) by services with care professionals who have been specialist trained in this field.
