A night to remember: CLCH Staff Awards 2025

Published: 18th October 2025

The CLCH annual staff awards ceremony took place this week. It was truly a night to remember, bringing colleagues and teams together to celebrate the outstanding achievements across CLCH.

The atmosphere was filled with excitement and joy as we honoured the hard work and dedication of our colleagues, showcasing the many ways in which we demonstrate the Trust’s new values of Accountability, Inclusion, Compassion and Empowerment. Congratulations to all our exceptional winners and highly commended nominees.

This year saw a record-breaking 1600+ nominations submitted by our staff as well as by patients and their carers towards the Patients Award — each one a testament to the admiration and appreciation our colleagues have for one another and the positive impact they make in the lives of our local communities. Together, we continue to build a flourishing Neighbourhood Health Service.

James Benson, Chief Executive, said:

“The Staff Awards 2025 was a fantastic celebration of the passion, dedication and excellence that shines across CLCH. My sincere congratulations to all our nominees, winners and those highly commended.

“Every one of you plays a vital role in making CLCH such a special organisation. I’m incredibly proud of what we achieve together and it was wonderful to recognise that at last night’s event.”
