Our board meets regularly in public and we publish all our board papers in advance of these meetings.
If you would like to attend a public meeting please let us know if you have any special requirements e.g. a hearing loop system or assistance dog.
We welcome relevant written questions on any agenda item. However, to be considered written questions must be submitted at least two clear working days in advance of the meeting and should include the agenda topic they relate to. Please send questions to firstname.lastname@example.org marked "Questions for the board of directors".

CLCH Annual General Meeting
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, with regret, we have had to cancel plans for this year's annual general meeting (AGM) in September. However, we will be holding an interactive meeting and the Board is still very keen to engage with staff and stakeholders. If you would like to ask a question about our annual report and accounts 2019/20, please email the Trust Secretary on email@example.com by Monday 21 September 2020, and we will ensure that answers are published after Thursday 24 September 2020.
In order not to miss the opportunity to thank our staff and volunteers for their tremendous support over the past year and during the pandemic, our Chair and Chief Executive will be recording a video message for publication in September.
