Physiotherapy

Physiotherapists provides:

• Specialist assessment, treatment and management to adults with a learning disability whose needs cannot be successfully met by mainstream services even when reasonable adjustments are made
• 24hr Postural Management and liaison with specialist services (Wheelchair Services / Specialist Seating / Orthotics / Spinal surgery)
• Management of mobility problems
• Falls prevention and intervention
• Rehabilitation from acute injuries and/or conditions
• Community level respiratory management
