NHS Hammersmith & Fulham Clinical Commissioning Group would like to meet with people living in North West London that currently use or care for someone who uses patient transport services to understand more about their experiences.
Initial findings of a survey conducted with patient transport service users across the area will be discussed at workshops on Tuesday 19th January in Hammersmith and Thursday 21st January in Wembley.
Refreshments will be provided and expenses will be reimbursed. Please contact us if you need assistance with arranging transport or have any needs on the day.
