Our Quality Strategy outlines our core quality priorities for 2018 - 19 which are:

  • Positive patient experience
  • Preventing harm
  • Smart effective care
  • Modelling the way
  • Here, happy, heard and healthy
  • Value added care

A full explanation of the priorities and how their success will be measured can be found on pages 26-33 of the strategy. Read the Quality Strategy here.

We are very keen to hear from our patients and users their thoughts on the measures of success outlined for each of these priorities and also about other priorities that should be considered for 2018-19.
