Our 2021/22 annual review magazine “Community Matters” launched last week at our Annual General Meeting (watch the recording back) and is now available to read.
The magazine is packed full of interesting and inspiring stories of how our staff across London and Hertfordshire have used innovative ideas, collaborated with partners, and improved services to deliver high-quality care to millions of patients and families.
Additionally, there are more in-depth features looking at the progress CLCH has made towards a more sustainable future; how our staff are working to improve equity of healthcare by gaining a deeper understanding of the communities we serve; how new technology is being embraced to relieve pressure injuries for bedbound patients; and our unique partnership with mental health charity Mind to better support people with mental illness in Hertfordshire.
The magazine also highlights our continued effort to recover from the pandemic by adopting new solutions like virtual wards, developing post-Covid services, and doubling our efforts around the booster vaccine programme.
