The Patient Experience Network National Awards (PENNA) are the foremost patient experience awards in the UK, celebrating the delivery of outstanding patient experience by those involved in the health and social care industry. 

CLCH's patient experience team showcased an innovative model of collaborative working to enhance patient experience by 'bringing it all together'. The team introduced a new joined up system of working that combines different aspects of patient experience to provide a seamless, efficient and timely service. 

Carol Dale, Head of patient experience at CLCH said, "We are delighted by this win.  The new model of working has enabled the team to be much more supportive of the patient experience agenda. We have demonstrated measurable impact and change and helped us as a Trust to assess ourselves against the Trust Development Agency patient experience assessment framework - an important step towards our Foundation Trust status".
