New website is now live - here's what you need to know

Published: 1st February 2018

We’re excited to announce that our new and refreshed website is here.

As you will notice, key components of the new website include changes to the navigation and a vastly improved search function.

Considerable time has also been spent improving the structure of our content, especially on our service pages, so you’ll get more from a quick read. We recognised that accessing and finding information about what we do and where we do is of the upmost importance to someone visiting our website, and we hope that your experience of using our new website is much better.

Our new website tailors itself to you

We’d previously heard that visitors to our website were put off visiting our website because of the large amounts of content they had to wade through to find information relevant to them. However, now, visitors to our new website are able to ‘select their region/s’ with only the relevant content from that area being shown. You can select your own region by clicking the orange drop-down box in the top-right hand corner. Our new website will display only what is relevant to you.

For our patients and service users, we have reviewed all of the content of our service pages and made it easier to find out information on what each of our services’ offer, where and how you can access them, as well as key contact details.

For the health professionals, GPs and voluntary organisations we work closely with, we have redeveloped our 'Health Professionals’ area and included information at-a-glance on contacting our referral teams, downloading referral forms and where our services operate.

As you may notice, some of the smaller changes include the creation of a host of new icons alongside each of our new services.

We hope you like the changes, and if you have any feedback, please let us know on Facebook or Twitter.
