My Health My Say, the app developed by CLCH to help people with learning disabilities feedback their experiences of NHS care, has been awarded 'Best Documentary' at the 2015 Limelight Film Awards.

500 film makers, media personalities and industry professionals gathered at East London's Troxy for the annual ceremony, which celebrates new and emerging film makers.

Dr Roman Raczka, Clinical Lead at CLCH said: "To have won an award of this nature is true testament to the hard work and dedication of the team involved in the project and I'm extremely proud of what we've achieved.

"My Health My Say has demonstrated that people with learning disabilities can provide their own feedback and have a voice in the care they receive."

Running since 2008, the film awards was set up by founder and CEO Munsur Ali, a writer, producer and director from London. He said:  "We felt that enough isn't being done to recognise emerging film makers and that's why the team and I do what we do, give them that much needed platform."
