IT system outage: Friday 19 July 2024

A global IT outage is affecting access to patient record systems at CLCH and other NHS organisations. If you are expecting a home visit between 19 – 21 July in:

• Brent, please phone 020 8102 3456 (lines are open Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm and Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays from 8.30am to 4.30pm) or email clcht.brentspa@nhs.net, or
• Harrow, please phone 0300 555 8889 (lines are open Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm and Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays from 8am to 4pm) or email clcht.harrowadultcommunityhealthservices@nhs.net.
