CLCH has re launched its digital platform to support the delivery of its school nursing and health visiting services for 0-19's.

The site now houses details of baby clinics and school nursing locations and contacts for secondary and primary schools in all nine of the London boroughs where CLCH provides children's services via handy google maps, alongside trusted health advice.

Visitors to the site can also contact a CLCH school nurse or health visitor directly through the online 'Ask a Question' service and receive an answer to any health related question within 3 working days.

Janet Lewis, Director of Children's Services at CLCH said: "The launch of Health Matters is a triumph for the trust as we move towards developing our children's services into a universal offering for all those aged 0-19.

"It brings CLCH's services right into the hands of the communities we serve in London, enabling direct access to school nursing and health visiting information and support.

"For the first time, we're using a central online space to connect with parents and carers of children from birth right through to secondary school age which is testament to our commitment to using digital technology to improve our efficiency of care.

Users can also access other local sources of support such as the Family Information Service. Health Matters is now live at www.healthmatters.clch.nhs.uk
