Continence service review launches in November 2017

Published: 3rd November 2017

We are currently assessing how we can improve our continence services through the standardisation of products, care and treatment we provide in consultation with staff, patients and carers.

CLCH provides these services to adults and children with complex needs across the boroughs of Barnet, Hammersmith & Fulham, Kensington & Chelsea, Merton and Wandsworth.

Clinical trials and patient testing will form a key part of the review.  We are looking to recruit a sample of patients and carers from each borough to take part in product testing over a two week period in the middle of November 2017.  If you would be interested in participating, please contact Georgina Parker at georginaparker@nhs.net or call her on 020 7798 1382  and once this information has been received, the patient experience team will be in contact with you to explain what will happen next.

Lastly, there are some engagement events across the boroughs for patients and carers in November 2017 where we will share more information about the continence service transformation project, provide an opportunity to meet clinicians and receive more information about the standardization of continence products.

The dates for open engagement events for parents/public/carers/relatives are:
