Pamela Chesters, Chairman of CLCH said: "I am delighted to welcome Carol to our Board of Directors. Her clinical training and considerable expertise in organisational development and change management will bring great insight to the board discussions on issues that are absolutely fundamental to our ability to deliver what our patients and commissioners require of us. The fact that Carol already understands the key challenges facing community healthcare, having previously served on another community health NHS Trust Board, means she will be able to make a contribution straight away."

Carol has worked in the UK, Europe, North America and the Middle East with clients from both the private and public sectors, including major multinationals as well as smaller enterprises and charities. Carol has also been a Non-Executive Director of Hounslow and Richmond Community Health NHS Trust
