Come along to our transformation workshop

You are invited to join us at our transformation workshop on Tuesday 15 November to help shape what our services look like in the future.

Alongside the Central London Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and across West London and Hammersmith and Fulham CCGs, we are looking at reviewing a range of our tri-borough community services, which include our: adult services, intermediate care, and specialist services.

We want to find out what is important to you, hear from you first-hand on your experiences of accessing our services, and also learn how the quality of them can be provided in a better way.

Where: 17th Floor, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, SW1E 6QP.
When: Tuesday 15 November, 10am-12pm

This event is specifically for our service users and carers. You will be provided with an overview and introduction to what we are looking to achieve, be able to meet with various service leads, and there will be various discussions taking place for you to have your say and also raise any questions you may have.

Light refreshments will be provided.
