CLCH's adult community services using SystmOne Technology

As part of CLCH's investment in IT, from 2 March 2015 CLCH's adult community services will be using the innovative new SystmOne technology to improve patient care. Patient records will be securely migrated from our existing RiO clinical system, allowing GPs better access to patient data.
GPs will be able to use information more efficiently with an improved system for making electronic referrals and tracking when they have been received and accepted. CLCH services will be able to access some shared information from other care providers including GP Practices, reducing the number of routine queries. Existing methods of referring patients to our services will continue to be available.
