CLCH celebrates NHS staff achievements
On Thursday 4 November, Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust (CLCH) celebrated the efforts of its NHS staff and their achievements from the past year.
The Trust’s annual Staff Awards ceremony is key highlight in the Trust’s calendar. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the ceremony was held virtually for the second year running to recognise the phenomenal efforts of colleagues across London and Hertfordshire. Hundreds of staff tuned in on the night to watch the special pre-recorded video broadcast and celebrate this year’s winners and runners-up.
The virtual event also provided an opportunity for colleagues to reflect on some of the Trust’s highlights and key achievements from the past year.
Andrew Ridley (Chief Executive) said: “I hope you managed to watch and enjoy our fantastic CLCH staff awards last night. It was wonderful to see so many of you, both nominated and winning. Many congratulations to all nominees, highly commended and winners - you are the best of the NHS and public service and I am extremely proud to be CEO of a trust with such wonderful, dedicated and hardworking staff.”
Angela Greatley (Trust Chair) said:“It has been a real joy to read the wonderful commendations for every single staff member whose name was put forward for our Staff Awards. Every year requires hard work, excellence and humanity in the NHS, but in this year like no other, your skills and deep humanity have been ever more important. Thank you all”.
