This is an information request relating to Lactose intolerance medication.

Please include the following information:

Please include the following information for 2020/21, 2021/22, 2022/23, 2023/24:

• What lactose intolerance medication is prescribed by the NHS Trust
• Total expenditure by the NHS Trust on Lactose intolerance medication for each financial year.
• Total number of people that received lactose intolerance medication for each financial year
• A breakdown of the spending in terms of what form of lactose intolerance medication is administered

If it is not possible to provide the information requested due to the information exceeding the cost of compliance limits identified in Section 12, please provide advice and assistance, under the Section 16 obligations of the Act, as to how I can refine my request.
