   The Trust has five Long Covid clinics in total for adults within the Trust.

2. How many Long Covid Clinics for Children are there within your Trust?
   The Trust does not have any Long Covid clinics for children within the Trust.
    
3. Can you list each Long Covid Clinic for Adults within your Trust?
   1. Two in Inner North-West London covering Hammersmith and Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster.
   2. Outer North-West London, covering Brent & Harrow.
   3. South-West London, covering Wandsworth & Merton.
   4. North Central London covering Barnet.
