Request
I would like to request the following information:
- The number and proportion of patients diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder/ Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder who have died whilst an inpatient in a mental health hospital each year since 2010. For the purposes of this request, please consider all BPD and EUPD deaths together.
- The number and proportion of patients diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder/ Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder who have died within 2 weeks of being discharged from a mental health hospital in each year since 2010. For the purposes of this request, please consider all BPD and EUPD deaths together.

CLCH does not hold information relating to your request. This is due to the fact, CLCH is a Community Health Trust not a Mental Health Trust.
