Request
This is a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. My request relates to your maternity services. I would like the information to be broken down according to calendar year, hospital (s) and type of birth (labour ward, birth centre, home birth etc).
I would like to request the following information:
- How many complaints you have received about your maternity services in the calendar years 2018 and 2023, as well as complaints so far in 2024.
- A breakdown of the allegations made in each complaint.
- What the outcome was of each complaint.
Response
Having completed enquiries within CLCH in respect of Section 1(1)(a), CLCH does not hold information relating to your request.
CLCH does not provide maternity services. Due to the nature of the services CLCH provide and as we are a Community Health Trust, this FOI request is not applicable to the Trust. To see services, we do provide in CLCH, please visit the link below.
