- When did the Trust initially begin migrating to M365/The Cloud?
The Trust migrated to M365 by October 2020
- Was an audit done before the Trust migrated to M365/The cloud, to understand what the Trust’s requirements were?
An assessment was undertaken in regard to decision making to address Office 2010 end of life options.
- Many other Trust’s have confirmed that they had an audit before initial migration occurred. Some confirmed that incentives were offered/given to them to encourage them to migrate. They have been happy to share the relevant details. I would expect your IT department would be aware if any incentives were given in order to encourage the Trust to migrate?
There were no incentives given, only that any NHS trust benefited from NHS agreed rates for M365.
