1. Content Management System (CMS):
- What CMS platform(s) does the Trust currently use for its main public-facing website(s)?
- Concrete5 version 8.5.7
- Has the Trust changed CMS provider in the past five years? If so, which CMS was previously in use?
- No, the CLCH website has been provided and hosted by Frank Design since 2017. The CMS has been periodically updated to newer versions during this time by our website developer.
2. Website Management and Maintenance:
- Which internal teams (and roles) or external suppliers are responsible for managing and updating website content?
- The communications team have day to day responsibility for managing and making updates to the CLCH website.
- Members of our corporate governance and information governance teams have specific permissions to publish board papers, meeting dates, and FOI requests in select areas of the website.
- Are there any known technical limitations or challenges with the current CMS?
- There are no known technical limitations or challenges with the current CMS.
3. Procurement and Planning:
- When was the last procurement or renewal process for your CMS undertaken?
- We renewed the contract with our website supplier in March 2025. This did not include a CMS upgrade as the site and server continue to receive the latest security patches.
- Are there plans to upgrade or change the CMS in the next 12–24 months?
- We plan to review our options for upgrading the CMS in the next 12-24 months to ensure the latest security patches and fixes can still be delivered.
4. Costs (if available):
- What is the annual budget allocated to CMS licensing and support?
- 2025/2026 £3880 ex VAT – hosting and technical support
If a migration has taken place recently, what was the total cost of implementation?

5. Accessibility:
- Does the Trust have a digital accessibility policy for its website (e.g. WCAG compliance)?
- Has the Trust conducted any patient or public user experience testing or feedback surveys relating to its website in the past three years?
- No, however there is a ‘contact us’ form on the website and feedback received from patients and the public about the website is shared directly with the communications team.
