Single Point of Access (SPA) provides a first point of contact for people wishing to access adult community services across London and Hertfordshire.

Depending on the area’s SPA and particular services, there are various ways of referring into different services, including: verbal referrals, efax, email, patient self-referrals and via clinical systems (SystmOne to SystmOne, for example). Our SPA teams will be able to advise you on ways to refer into a particular service.

This page provides links to all of our single point of access teams across the various areas where we operate.
