September and October junior doctor and consultant industrial action

The British Medical Association (BMA) has announced that consultants will be taking strike action from 7am on Tuesday 19 September until 7am on Thursday 21 September, with junior doctors from both the BMA and the Hospital Consultants and Specialists Association striking from 7am on Wednesday 20 September until 7am on Saturday 23 September.

Additionally, consultants, junior doctors and hospital dental trainees will strike for 72 hours from Monday 2 October to Thursday 5 October.

All services remain open. Please attend any appointments you have. We will contact you if your appointment needs to be rescheduled.
