Junior doctor industrial action in August

The British Medical Association and Hospital Consultants and Specialists Association have announced another round of strike action for junior doctors. This is set to run for four days from 7am Friday 11 August until 7am on Tuesday 15 August. British Dental Association hospital dental trainees will also be striking at the same time.

Please be assured that the safety of our patients is always our top priority and we are working hard to put plans in place to ensure minimal impact on the quality and timeliness of the care you, your relative, or someone you care for receives over these days.

All services remain open.  Please attend any appointments you have. We will contact you if your appointment needs to be rescheduled.
