Consultant doctor industrial action in August

The British Medical Association and British Dental Association have announced another round of strike action for consultants. This is set to run for two days from 7am on Thursday 24 August to 7am on Saturday 26 August.

Please be assured that the safety of our patients is always our top priority and we are working hard to put plans in place to ensure minimal impact on the quality and timeliness of the care you, your relative, or someone you care for receives over these days.

All services remain open. Please attend any appointments you have. We will contact you if your appointment needs to be rescheduled.
