Celebrating our colleagues long service and dedication to the NHS

Published: 20th November 2025

On Thursday 13 November, we celebrated colleagues marking an extraordinary 25 years of service or more to CLCH and the NHS. The Long Service Award honours those whose dedication and commitment to CLCH or the NHS have made a lasting impact on our patients and communities.

Around 70 members of staff have been recognised from across the Trust, and each received a £100 John Lewis voucher as a small gesture of gratitude for the hard work shown over this time.

Many of the winners were able to attend the celebration event with James Benson, Trust CEO and Dick Sorabji, Acting Chair, where they received their awards and caught up with colleagues from across the Trust, sharing their stories of working in the NHS over the years.

Chief Executive Officer, James Benson said:

“It’s such a pleasure to be here and celebrate so many people who have given 25 years or more to the health service and to Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust.

Your dedication and contributions define CLCH, shaping it into a Trust that transforms patients’ lives when it matters most. It is through the passion, skill and commitment of our staff that we are able to make a lasting, meaningful difference for the people and communities we care for every day. We celebrated not only their remarkable achievements but also conveyed our gratitude for the lasting impact they have made throughout their careers.

Congratulations to all recipients and thank you for your service to CLCH and the NHS!”
