Annual General Meeting: Wednesday 30 July 2025
This year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday 30 July 2025 from 12.30pm to 3pm.
The AGM is an opportunity to hear about the Trust’s achievements over the last year and plans for the years ahead. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions of the board’s directors.
All staff and members of the public are very welcome and are invited to attend the event either in-person or online via Microsoft Teams. If you would like to attend, please complete the booking form which will generate an automated calendar invite. Please accept this to help us manage attendance numbers. To note, if in-person attendance becomes oversubscribed, you will be registered to attend online.
A copy of the AGM agenda papers will be available to download from our board papers page from Wednesday 23 July. We encourage you to take this opportunity to ask questions of the board’s directors. These should be submitted by noon on Monday 28 July and emailed to clcht.trust.secretary@nhs.net with the subject line ‘Questions for the Board of Directors’.
