- Please confirm details of any services the Trust is commissioned to provide which have referral policies/criteria which restrict them for the use of pupils in state education only. If so please supply details of any guidance documents which justify the referral criteria.
- South West Division –
Merton 0-19: The Service will be provided to all children and young people aged 5-19th birthday (or four years on the date of start in reception class) who attend all maintained schools and academies, alternative provision units, colleges and youth settings in the borough of Merton; or who live in Merton or are registered with a Merton GP and who are not educated outside the borough.
We do not provide school nursing services to independent private schools. Please contact South West London ICB for the service specification swl.igandfoiteam@swlondon.nhs.uk
Richmond & Wandsworth 0-19: 1.1.1 School health service offer will be provided for CYP aged 5 -19 years in the boroughs’ State funded schools (a maintained school, an Academy school, a free school, a school known as a city technology college) but not independent schools. Please contact London Borough of Wandsworth and London Borough of Richmond upon Thames for the service specifications.
- Inner North West Division
Hammersmith & Fulham 0-19: This Service covers children and Young people in the Local Authority funded maintained schools and academies and includes child health surveillance, health promotion, health protection and health improvement and support outlined in the health child programme 5-19. Please contact London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham for the service specification.
- OuterNorth West Division
Brent school 0-19: The service will be provided for CYP aged 5 -19 years within a state funded school in Brent, including those children who are excluded from school and attending local pupil referral units or special schools. The Service is only for school nursing services. Please contact North West London ICB for the service specification.
Brent Occupational Therapy Service: Occupational Therapy Service to be delivered to reception and Key Stage 1 - 4 pupils with EHC Plans maintained by Brent, attending early years settings, mainstream schools and PRUs in Brent and where applicable some young people attending further educational facilities including colleges. Each school or college will have a named therapist who will take responsibility for liaison with the school. The Service Provider will work with schools or college to deliver a range of occupational therapy Interventions based on the treatments set out in Section F of the pupil’s EHC Plan
Ealing 0-19: The school nursing service will be accessible to all state-funded primary and secondary schools (excluding special schools), academies, free schools and state funded pupil referral units in LBE providing a named school nurse for each of these schools, and coordinating the delivery of the key activities outlined in the Healthy Child Programme 5-19 years. Please contact London Borough of Ealing for a copy of the service specification.
