Under the Freedom of Information Act please could you provide the total number of deaths considered to have been due to problems in care in Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust for the periods:
1st April 2019 to 31st March 2020 -
0 deaths during 2019 – 2020 are judged to be more likely than not to have been due to problems in the care provided to patients.
1st April 2020 to 31st March 2021
0 deaths during 2020 – 2021 are judged to be more likely than not to have been due to problems in the care provided to patients.
