   Data extracted 20/02/2025 15:30, period of 01/01/2020 to 31/12/2024, Datix category "Slips/Trips/Falls - CLCH Attributable"
   We have removed figures that are less than 10 as there is high risk of patient being identified. We have therefore applied exemption under Section 40 FOI Act 2000.

   CLCH do not have an individual named falls lead for the Trust but Fall preventions is part of our Preventing Harm campaign as outlined in our Quality Strategy available on our website.

   The total figure for number of missing person or absconding in our bedded units for last 5 years is 18 patients. We have not broken the figure down further into rehab units and calendar year as patient could be identified.
