Request

I would like to request the following information from the Trust:

Please provide:

·            The number of virtual ward supplier contracts active in the trust, 

·            The name of the supplier

·            The length of contract and termination/renewal date of the contracts.

·            The award value if publicly available

·            The number of Virtual Ward Beds Contracted and Target

·            The number of virtual ward patients admitted and discharged against the individual contracts from January 1st 2024 to July 1st 2024, broken down by clinical specialty.

·            Information on the type of monitoring specified (Intermittent/Continuous)

Timeframe: Active at any time in Calendar 2024 

Information Format:

If possible, I would like the requested information to be provided in an electronic format, such as a CSV or .xlsx. I understand that this may not always be possible, and I am open to receiving the information in an alternative format if required.  For cyber security purposes, as instructed, I have not included any attachments or links. All details of my request are provided in this email.
