By the use of word consultant, we are presuming this is referencing Medical staff - No

3 cases raised by One Division. 1 case was a complaint raised by a patient, 2 cases concerns raised by 2 individual patients parent in regards to 2 individual nurses (separate cases).

We would reference the FTSU Policy/ NHS England/NHS Improvement Freedom to speak up; raising concerns (whistleblowing) policy for the NHS, April 2016. Depending on outcomes and themes we would then follow specific policies.
