I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I am seeking data on the following:

1. The hourly locum rates for FY1, SHO and Registrar doctors in 2008
2. The current hourly locum pay rates for FY1, SHO and Registrar doctors within your trust as of now.

If the current locum pay rates differ depending on the time of day (e.g., daytime, nights, weekends), please provide a breakdown of the rates.

Please include any additional information that may contextualise these rates, such as:

• Adjustments for specialties.

If you do not hold data for 2008, please provide the earliest available rates close to that year.

 

Response

1. The hourly locum rates for FY1, SHO and Registrar doctors in 2008 - Current Temporary Staffing provider commenced in June 2021, we would not therefore be able to provide data from 2008.
    
2. The current hourly locum pay rates for FY1, SHO and Registrar doctors within your trust as of now - We do not employ FY1 SHO or registrars
