- Since the beginning of April 2024 how many nurses have left your trust? From April to September 113 leavers were under Nursing and Midwifery (70 Vol leavers).
- From the date of receipt of this request until March 31st 2025, how many nurses are expected to leave your trust? For the estimated number of leavers from October 2024 to March 2025 can be between 85 to 105. This is as per the trend over the past 6 months.
- What are your current total vacancies for nurses on the date of receiving this request? The request doesn’t specify what banding of nurses they are looking at, currently we have 260.88 posts vacant this includes Band 5 to Band 8d.
- Does your trusts have any plans to recruit internationally in the next financial year, April 2025 – April 2026? Yes we will be internationally recruiting 25/26
