Please provide the structure charts for the digital team, including all the levels of management (with names and email addresses)

The attached and below has been provided.
Under section 40 (2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, a public authority does not have to provide information where that information is considered personal information under the Data Protection Act 2018. CLCH do not provide personal information of staff below Band 8. Colleagues below band 8 have, therefore, been redacted from the structure chart attached.
