Please can you respond to the following request for Information.

The details I require are:

1. Spend on Office supplies and associated products for the below financial years.
2. 1st April 2022 – 31st March 2023
3. 1st April 2023 – 31st March 2024
4. Start date & duration of Contract?
5. Is there an extension clause in the contract and, if so, the duration of the extension?
6. Has a decision been made yet on whether the contract is to be either extended or renewed?
7. Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for the contract?
8. Name of Incumbent Supplier?
9. How long have you traded with them?
10. If you publish your register of contracts and purchasing, can you please provide a website link.
11. In addition, can you confirm if you have a contract in place for Tail End Spend.

Commercial Interests (Section 43 FOIA): The information you have requested is exempt under Section 43 of the FOIA, which protects the commercial interests of an organization. Disclosure of this information would likely prejudice the commercial position of the company involved and could potentially lead to a loss of competitive advantage.

Personal Information (Section 40 FOIA and Regulation 13 EIR): Some of the information requested constitutes personal data as defined under the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Section 40 of the FOIA and Regulation 13 of the EIR protect personal information from disclosure where such disclosure would contravene any of the data protection principles. We have determined that releasing this personal data would not be compliant with these principles.
