1. The median length of time from referral to autism services to receiving an autism assessment from Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust for children.
   The Child development service is provided in partnership with Imperial NHS and Chelsea & Westminister Hospitals NHS.  The data is held by Imperial NHS Trust and Chelsea and Westminister Hospital NHS.

   10.1 days

3. The median length of time from referral to autism services to receiving the final outcome of an autism assessment (i.e. a positive or negative diagnosis) from Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust for children.
   The Child development service is provided in partnership with Imperial NHS and Chelsea & Westminister Hospitals NHS.  The data is held by Imperial NHS Trust and Chelsea and Westminister Hospital NHS.
    
4. The median length of time from referral to autism services to receiving the final outcome of an autism assessment (i.e. a positive or negative diagnosis) from Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust for adults. 
   Over the past year the length of time from referral to final assessment has been 40 weeks and 2 weeks for urgent referral. There's little variance on the 40 weeks i.e. very few people wait less / very few people wait longer

   The conversion rate of autism assessments to autism diagnoses through Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust for adults. 70%  Proportion of referrals leading to autism diagnosis.
    
6. What support and further referral is routinely offered to children who receive an autism diagnosis through Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust.
   Two post-diagnosis support sessions as part of the assessment offer.
    
7. What support and further referral is routinely offered to adults in who receive an autism diagnosis through Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust.
   As required, referral to mainstream MH services or adult social care or to third-sector organisations e.g., Centre for AHD & Autism Support (CAAS)
    
8. What support and further referral is routinely offered to children who undergo an assessment for autism through Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust but do not receive a diagnosis.
   Two post-diagnosis support sessions as part of the assessment if requested.
    
9. What support and further referral is routinely offered to adults who undergo an assessment for autism through Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust but do not receive a diagnosis.
   Referral or signposting to mainstream Mental Health / Adult Social Care services as appropriate.
    
10. What standardised tools are currently used by Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust for the screening and/or triage of children who seek an autism assessment.
    All referrals are reviewed by the leads and discussed in our team meeting. We ask for qualitative information relevant to a request for autism assessment from referrer and completed AQ-10 from client.
     
11. What standardised tools are currently used by Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust for the screening and/or triage of adults who seek an autism assessment.
    Referrals requiring further triaging either via video call/face-to-face using a semi-structured clinical interview, ADOS-2 informed behavioural observations. The triaging appointments takes about 30 minutes to an hour. The findings are discussed within the team and decision is made about the referral outcome.
