Description Educational Literature Resources relating to Dietetics and Nutrition, Eating Disorders and Diabetes

Request

I am making a Freedom of Information Request to your NHS Trust, requesting the following: 

  1. A copy of all educational literature resources (e.g. Word documents, powerpoints, Patient Information Leaflets, written Advice and Guidance documents etc.) that are distributed, or presented, to patients within your Trust from the Dietetics and Nutrition department (or similar) within your Trust, either in community-based or hospital-based settings. 
  2.  A copy of all educational literature resources (e.g. Word documents, powerpoints, Patient Information Leaflets, written Advice and Guidance documents etc.) that are distributed, or presented, to patients within your Trust from the Eating Disorder Service department (or similar) within your Trust, either in community-based or hospital-based settings. 
  3.  A copy of all educational literature resources (e.g. Word documents, powerpoints, Patient Information Leaflets, written Advice and Guidance documents etc.) that are distributed, or presented, to patients within your Trust from the Diabetes department (or similar) within your Trust, either in community-based or hospital-based settings.
