Response to request
The Trust don't manage any car parks with charging in place, nor are there penalties systems in place for the Trust parking which is limited being a community Trust with small sites often with no parking being across London.
The Trust does on some sites have landlords providing/ managing their car parks - NHS Property Services and Community Health Partnerships - who may be able to provide more details.
