Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please provide for your Bank workforce for FY 2024/25 (or the most recent 12 months):

1. Do you outsource payroll for Bank workers? If yes, name of provider.

Our Payroll provider is London North West NHS Tryst

1. Your fee model for Bank payroll (e.g., per payslip, per hours processed, per timesheet, % of gross pay).

This is a fixed fee based on cost per payslip.  For the year 2024/2025, cost per payslip is £2.42, this is based on the processing of 124,191 payslips.

1. The fee level actually paid (e.g., £ per payslip / £ per hour / £ per timesheet / %).

1. Average number of Bank payslips per pay period and pay frequency (weekly/monthly).

Our payroll provider is a managed service that supports all staff members of the Trust,  bank and substantive, this is at a fixed price per payslip total payslips for 2024/25 – 124,191.  Our managed service provider does not track bank versus substantive we only track the total number.

1. Any additional charges (off-cycle payments, corrections, pension retros, RTI re-submissions).
