For transparency, the reason for this request is that I am currently the sole conflict management and physical intervention trainer for both clinical and security staff within University of Sussex Hospital Foundation Trust. I am VPR Level 4 and RRN certified, and am developing a business case for expanding the training team to ensure responsiveness to NHS England and VPR standards and to benchmark our provision against peer organisations.

This information will help ensure our Trust’s approach aligns with national expectations and best practice
