Description Distribution and review of GMHC/MENRUS “Safer” materials within CLCH services (01/01/2023–present)

Period: 01 January 2023 to the date of your search.

Please provide all recorded information held by Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust (CLCH) concerning Gay Men’s Health Collective CIC (GMHC) / MENRUS.CO.UK materials identified as "Safer 1", "Safer 2", "PIP PAC" or similar chemsex outreach packs that have been supplied to, displayed at, stored in, or distributed via any CLCH services (including community clinics, outreach teams, pharmacies or health-promotion activities).

Specifically:

1. Distribution and ordering logs: records of deliveries, internal allocations and re-orders to CLCH services (date, clinic/service location, quantities, batch/lot numbers, supplier name).

2. Clinical governance / quality assurance: meeting minutes, approvals and sign-off documentation referencing these materials.

3. Version control and editorial provenance: version histories and any legal/clinical review notes.

4. Any EqIA, DPIA, risk assessment or other impact assessment relating to distribution/use of these materials.

5. Complaints, incident reports or safeguarding referrals recorded by CLCH regarding these materials (redact personal data as necessary).

6. Correspondence between CLCH staff and GMHC/MENRUS or third-party suppliers regarding content, supply, evaluation or withdrawal.

Having completed enquiries with the relevent teams, Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust does not provide any chemsex outreach packs.
