Request
1.The total number of stroke patients in the Trust and the number of stroke patients in the Trust that were
a) offered a six-month post-stroke review and
b) had a six-month post-stroke review for each of the past 5 years, beginning with 2020.
Response
- The total number of stroke patients in the Trust: The data exported below are patients that have been referred to our Community Neuro rehab service and have data fields containing the word ‘stroke’ in their record.
Please note, for the data highlighted in South West Division, these are the total number of patients that been referred to the community Neuro rehab service. Due to the clinical system data fields, we are unable to identify the stroke patient. For the missing data fields in the Outer North West division for year 2020 – 2023, we are unable to breakdown the patient data to those that have been referred to our Community Neuro rehab service.

We are unable to pull data on number of patients who have been offered six-month post-stroke review as we do not have the data fields to identify those patients.
