I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 regarding Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust's handling of sexual harassment reports and related policies for the years 2022, 2023, and 2024.

· How many reports or complaints of sexual harassment or inappropriate sexual conduct has your organisation received in each of the past three calendar years?

· Do you classify reports of sexual harassment as "whistleblowing reports" under your current policies?

  • Under current Trust policies, reports of sexual harassment are treated specifically and solely as allegations of sexual harassment. They are not classified as whistleblowing reports.

· Please provide the total number of whistleblowing reports your organisation has received in each of the last three years, and indicate how many of these related specifically to sexual harassment.

In line with the requester’s clarification, the figures below reflect whistleblowing reports or complaints submitted by Trust staff only. Over the past three years, the Trust received the following number of whistleblowing reports:

 

    • 2023: 0 of which 0 related specifically to sexual harassment
    • 2024: 1, of which 0 related specifically to sexual harassment
    • 2025: 0 of which 0 related specifically to sexual harassment
