Classification & segregationGuidance held by your organisation on sharps waste streams (e.g., orange, yellow, purple bins), including what types of items or material categories are intended for each stream. This information is held within our Clinica Waste Policy which will be published at a late date as the policy is in the process of being updated. We will therefore be applying FOI exemption Section 22 – information intended for future publication
  2. EWC / LoW codesEuropean Waste Catalogue or List of Waste codes for each sharps waste stream held by your organisation. Listed in the Clinical Waste policy. We will therefore be applying FOI exemption Section 22 – information intended for future publication

Staff complianceInformation on how your organisation ensures staff correctly segregate sharps waste, including audits, monitoring, training verification, and reports of non-compliance held by your organisation. This is detailed within the Clinical Waste Policy. No staff non-compliances recorded.
