Please answer the following questions:
 

1.Are the Fire Dampers currently on contract for the inspection and maintenance? Yes – Potters Bar and Langley House

 

2.       If yes, please confirm the following:

-          Due date for contract end: The contract is with Capita, who subcontract to ISS. This contract is due to end at midnight on 30^th September, as Capita will no longer be providing the Estates and Facilities service to the Trust. The contract has been awarded to Mitie.

-          Actual contract spend – They are part of the contracted out Services to Capita, and as such the specific split of cost for the Fire Damper maintenance is not known.

 

3.       What route to market used to obtain these services (a) open tender (b) framework - if yes, which one? ISS Mediclean LTD are commissioned by Capita – Open Tender

 

4.       Are the fire dampers currently maintained by an external contractor? If yes, please provide which contractor? ISS Mediclean LTD undertake the maintenance of the dampers.

 

5.       Finally, please advise names and contact details of any individuals (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract including your

(a)Estates Manager Ian Daccus  - Requested information is published on the trust website under FOI/2024/25/370/FK, We are therefore apply FOI exemption Section 21.
